Fee Structure per hour:-

As Counsellor and Psychotherapist:

Individuals – £60

As Supervisor:

Supervision – £60 (one hour) – £90 (one and a half hours)

Fees payable by cash, cheque or bank transfer on the day of the session. Fees are reviewed each April and may be increased.

In the event of cancellation, unless 48 hours notice is received, the full fee is payable. If possible I will attempt to arrange another time in the same week if I am informed in good time before the session in question. Sessions begin and end on time and since I have no waiting room facilities, I ask that you arrive no earlier than five minutes before your session.

I require two weeks notice of your intention to finish therapy, other than any date we have agreed in advance, in order to offer us the opportunity to manage our ending appropriately including any issues of further support or referrals.

Privacy Statement
In relation to the new data protection laws (GDPR), I confirm that all client records are held in a secure, locked filing cabinet when I am not in my consulting room. No records are held on computer and any email correspondence is deleted once response has been made by myself. For clients with whom I work over Skype, then you need to be aware that Skype is not an encrypted site and is not considered by law to be totally confidential. My work mobile number remains either in my office (home based) or with me if am out of the office and holds only contact numbers in case of emergency.

As outlined during the first session with all clients, the only time confidentiality may be broken is if I believe there is a risk of self-harm, harm to others, child at risk or the law is being broken. In any of these cases, I make every endeavour to speak with my client first before contacting either doctor, family member or other. As is the case with all professional counsellors and psychotherapists, we must be in supervision with an accredited supervisor for monthly supervision meetings. This is also strictly bound by the laws of confidentiality and in some cases, a client will be discussed within a supervision session.
