• Supervision – £60 (one hour)
• Supervision – £90 (one and a half hours)

Payment and Review

Fees are payable by cash, cheque, or bank transfer on the day of the session. Fees are reviewed each April and may be increased.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, unless 48 hours’ notice is received, the full fee is payable. Where possible, I will attempt to rearrange another session within the same week if informed in good time before the scheduled appointment.

Sessions begin and end on time. As I do not have waiting room facilities, please arrive no earlier than five minutes before your session.

Endings

I require two weeks’ notice of your intention to finish therapy (unless otherwise agreed in advance). This ensures we have the opportunity to bring our work to an appropriate close and address any issues of further support or referral.

Privacy Statement

In line with data protection laws (GDPR), all client records are held securely in a locked filing cabinet when not in use. No client records are stored electronically. Any email correspondence is deleted once a response has been sent.

For clients working online, please note that no digital platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure or confidential. My work mobile number is used solely for contact purposes and remains either in my office (home-based) or with me when out of the office, holding only essential contact numbers.

Confidentiality

As outlined during the first session with all clients, confidentiality may only be broken if there is a risk of self-harm, harm to others, a child at risk, or where the law requires disclosure. In such cases, I make every effort to discuss this with the client first before contacting a GP, family member, or other relevant professional.

Like all professional counsellors and psychotherapists, I attend regular supervision with an accredited supervisor. Supervision sessions are also bound by confidentiality, though clients may be discussed within this context for professional support and oversight.
